10-word summary: This sequel did not disappoint me like most sequels do!

Rating: 5 stars

Review: This book was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! for me because, like the first book, it never bored me. In this sequel, the Elector dies and is replaced by Anden, his son. Day and June want to join the Patriots, but in order to do so they must agree to the Patriots deal: in exchange for their hospitality, Day and June must help them kill Anden. The book is full of twists. Expect the unexpected! I especially loved this book because usually, sequels aren't as good as the first book. But for me, Prodigy was even better than Legend.

Favorite quotation: "People of the Republic, do you trust me?" Silence. Then, a few chants. more join in. They raise their eyes and fists to me, their shouts ceaseless, a tide of change. "Then raise your voices for your Elector, as I have, and he will raise his for you!"
