Review: In this book, the main plot is Gemma trying to reverse the watering curse and Penn trying to steal Harpers boyfriend Daniel. With Harper planning on going to College in a few months the two sisters have a lot to work on before she leaves. Also, Gemma and Alex have a lot to catch up on.
