Review by: Will F. Author: Kelly St. Clare Number of pages: 285 pages 10-word summary: Girl of one flaming world taken to a world of snow. Rating: 5 stars Review: This book was great from cover to back. A girl is forced by her mother, the queen, to wear a veil that covers her face because she is too hideous to be seen. She was locked in a tower until she was ten and when she was finally let out, her mother tortures her daily for being unfit to rule the kingdom and because of her hideousness. She meets a boy from the parallel world who tells her fantastic tales of a world she would never know. Favorite quotation: "You really should not tell such horrible lies, mother"Clare around 100 ( i have no idea this book doesn't have page numbers).
