Review by: Kai S. Author: Neil Gailman Number of pages: 352 pages 10-word summary: Penultimate book in the Sandman series. So many feels throughout. Rating: 4 stars Review: This book was honestly one of the best I have ever read. It has a wonderful plot line, with characters from earlier in the series appearing again for heavy moments that really make you feel like you have a connection to these people. That was what the book was really about. Realizing how alive the characters are and how change in their world can make you feel any number of things. However, it felt like there was a lack of action, and the trademarked Sandman quest structure. Just a minor flaw, though, and the entire book works perfectly well, it just felt a little out of place. Favorite quotation: "The lat time we had this conversation, you threw a loaf of bread at me." - Page 329
