(Period 3) Author: Lemony Snicket Number of pages: 291 pages 10-word summary: Jumping on trains, calling on a very, big, ugly, monster. ​ Rating: 4 stars Review: I like this book because it was funny and had some interesting words in it. It also was part fantasy and part realistic. It was all realistic but a very not realistic thing happened at the end of the book. I gave four stars instead of five because the end just jumped too suddenly from realistic fiction to fantasy. Other than that, I think that the book was good. Favorite quotation: "Violent threats are less effective when they need serious editing."
